Hello! We are Jess and Emily, PR consultants and friends with a shared love of food and drink. Between us we have over 30 years experience in the industry, so we like to think we know what we’re doing.


We’ve worked for globally renowned PR agencies, in-house at some of the UK’s most well-known food retailers and across a host successful start-ups. 

We set up Spring & Tonic PR in 2016 to offer brands we love a senior and collaborative PR service.  We work hard to ensure we deliver fantastic results, whilst having some fun along the way.
